The Challenge
El Super, a Southern California grocery retail powerhouse, needed a full-scale promotional strategy for the grand opening of its new Bell Gardens location. The goal? Welcome customers to its new store with a memorable in-person brand experience, requiring a blend of event marketing and multi-channel digital marketing to maximize event attendance, engagement, and long-term sales and brand loyalty. From on-site activations and family-friendly entertainment to a coordinated digital media campaign, our work together solidified the new Bell Gardens El Super store as a preferred grocery retailer for the community in its new location.
